-in the mobile patch I posted I fixed the asset bug so the controls should look normal now (I hope)

known bugs

-a weird glitch where your hat doesn't move with you, I have come across it a few times but I cant replicate it consistently 

-i screwed up the assets so now the mobile control arrows got replaced by the new hats somehow *This is fixed now

if you encounter any bugs let me know so i can either fix them or ignore them
